Dr. Sohail Masood, Chief Executive Officer

• Graduate, USC School of Pharmacy.
• Completed his residency in Brooklyn, New York.

• Original founder and former owner of Crescent Healthcare, Inc. (CHI) Home infusion and healthcare company.
• Provided IVIG therapy and nursing to patients in a home care setting nationally.
  
• In 1998, CHI purchased the infusion services of Apria Healthcare which made CHI one of the largest privately owned infusion companies in California.
• In 2004, Dr. Masood sold the majority interest of CHI.
• In 2010 founded KabaFusion and purchased Home Care Services, a KabaFusion Company.
• Co-founded MAAS Medical, LLC for the development and manufacturing of advanced infusion systems. Baxter Healthcare Corporation acquired the MAAS Medical's infusion systems product line in 2009.
• Recipient of several awards including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Healthcare.

Dr. Michael Rigas, Chief Clinical Officer

• Chief Innovation Officer for Pharmaceutical Care at Geisinger Health System.
• Chief Clinical Officer for VITALine CareSite Pharmacy.
• Senior Vice President, Clinical Affairs at Crescent Healthcare, Inc.
• Spent first ten years of his career as Chief Clinical Pharmacist in 3 different 200+ bed community hospitals then switched to Home Infusion Therapy for the last 20 years where he has developed a significant expertise in the financial and clinical aspects of home infusion therapy.

Sohail Merchant, Chief Financial Officer

• Chief Financial Officer of SureHealth (owned by Geisinger Health System)
  • At SureHealth he was responsible for coordinating the financial affairs of nine retail pharmacies, a specialty pharmacy and a home infusion pharmacy.
• Vice President Managed Care at Crescent Healthcare, Inc.
• CPA at Hutchinson and Bloodgood focussing on Healthcare clients.
• Instrumental in developing financial solvency department at HealthNet and represented California Association of Health Plans.

David S Chook, RPh, Vice President, Clinical Services and Regulatory Compliance

• Graduate, University of Arizona School of Pharmacy.
• Over 26 years of home infusion pharmacy experience and over 12 years’ experience as a Corporate Compliance Officer.

• Vice President Pharmacy Services and Regulatory Compliance at Crescent Healthcare, Inc.
• Director of Professional Services and Corporate Compliance Officer at LifeCare Solutions, Inc.
• Director of Professional Services at Home Medical of America.
• Director of Program Systems Development at Nations Healthcare, Inc.
• Initiated the first home infusion pharmacy in the Palm Springs, CA area at Eisenhower Medical Center.

Elizabeth Dreis, Vice President, Managed Care

• Master of Arts, Organizational Management Azusa Pacific University.

• Regional Vice President, Ancillary & Specialty Networks, Anthem Blue Cross.
• Senior Contract Manager, PacifiCare (now owned by United HealthCare).
• Contract Manager, Great-West Life (now owned by Cigna) .
• Responsible for Ancillary Contracting at Anthem Blue Cross in California, Colorado and Nevada.
• Chaired the Enterprise Ancillary Contracting Team for Anthem; identifying contracting strategies and best practices for Anthem’s 14 states.
